Toscano Wine Connection-Italy on a Fine Dining Platter
Undoubtedly my favourite cuisine any given day-Italian is a bit rare to find in the FIne Dining category in Bangalore at the moment. So when it was time to check the newly opened –Toscano Wine Connection at the Miraya Rose Commercial Complex almost 7 miles away, I did not shudder at all.

I was in one of my “Sparkling” moods and decided to stick to Chandon Brut throughout the evening. As I started with the Mediterranean Hummus Platter, it as important to get ready and buckle up for the up and coming delicacies. My Cinnamon Scented Fois Gras Brulee is something out of a Michelin Starrer and leaves your tatsetbuds wanting for more. I decided to satiate my gluttony glands with some Burata Salad tossed to perfection with Balsamic drizzle. The Insalata di Funghi also deserves equal mention and is cherished best with a Pinot Noir in my opinion.
The Large Plates were my next choice skipping the traditional Pasta or Pizza. The Norwegian Salmon is the perfect choice for the fish lover, but if you are a real culinarist like me you would not give the Rabbit Stew with Brown Rice a miss. This was my first taste of Rabbit and I must say there is room for a lot more in the days to come. If none of these is an option to you, I strongly recommend the Sausages En Papilotte for the ultimate piggy lover. If you still eat Beef in these wonderful times of cow worship, I do recommend the Beef Paillard with all heart and soul.
Desserts here are plated so petty it will probably make you think twice before biting into them. Between the Vanilla Rosemary Crème Brulee, Charcoal Smoked Cheese Cake and the Tiramisu, t is truly difficult an option to choose. But my votes go in favour of the Crème Brulee.
Every dish is curated with utmost care here and deserves nothing short of a five star. If there was scope to grant a Michelin Star by the look and taste of dishes, my vote would go for Toscano Wine Connection. And yes, their wine collection is commendable and a few imports from Chile definitely caught my attention to be explored in my future visits.
