Highlights @ Hair Speak Family Salon and Spa

It was a privilege to be invited to the Hair Speak Family Salon and Spa recently for a highlighting session. I decided to go for a risqué dark silver/ Ash from Majirel by L’Oreal Professional.

My stylist Naresh first pre-lightened my selected strands which took off the existing colour that was already present as part of my previous highlighting session. He then treated me with the shade chosen to render the actual colour of the highlights. It is important to remember that it might take more than one prelightning session to arrive at the right shade before it can be applied. The entire session lasted for about a good 3 hours since the pre-lightning session took longer and needed 3 coats to be applied.
