Bangalore's most Spacious Brewery in Whitefield

The IT Hub of Bengaluru ITPL Main Road boasts of the largest microbrewery in the city-15000 Sq. foot of pure gastronomic bliss aptly titled The Pallet. A few of us were lucky to be part of the special tasting after its eponymous launch in the company of the charming Akansha and the owners of this new venue.

We started with their barman special-Anistini. We were served the Tempura Battered Seafood Mix and the Bhoot Jalokia Battered Prawns which were succulent and simply melt in the mouth. We loved the Mutton Chops served next.

The Hummus Platter and the Seafood platter were up next with the next round of drinks which were mostly Whiskey based Cocktails, aptly titled the Sunburn. The Hassle Back Potatoes with Garlic Butter accompanied them as well.

Your visit to the Pallet is not complete without a taste of their Flatbreads and we tried the Peri Peri Roasted Chicken and Onions which were literally to die for.

We decided to try some Indian Mains in the form of Lukhnowi Mutton Curry which were served with Naan and Pav to add to the candere. I also tried their Vegetarian Pasta in White Sauce and the Indian Risotto with Mutton. Last but not the least; I had the most amazing Carrot Cake to satiate my sweet cravings.

The sheer beauty and expanse of this place is bound to amaze you. The have two private dining options for small to medium groups in order to accommodate private parties and celebrations.
